Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited charges customers a one-time, recurring monthly fee that is payable monthly or annually at the customer's discretion.

Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited customers obtain technical support from Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited Technical Support Engineers (TSEs) by contacting them through e-mail, chat windows, or via the phone. Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited only offers remote technical support. Onsite service is not included in the Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited offering.

Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited offers its customers the option of Remote Computer Control, where a TSE can, with the customer's permission, take over the customer's computer from the TSE's remote location. By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Usage, the customer acknowledges that he/she is aware that he/she will, on occasion, be offered the Remote Computer Control option. Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited TSEs are not allowed to use Remote Computer Control without the explicit consent of the customer either by phone or online chat.

Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited will use reasonable effort to provide the customer with technical support for as long as the customer's account is current and not in arrears. Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to refuse service to anyone

Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited Tech Support Service Customer License

By subscribing to the Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited Tech Support service, you agree to be bound by the Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited License. The license covers computers designated under the customer's "Devices that we Support" page. The Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited Tech Support license covers up to three computers in a home (personal computers, laptops) unless the customer pays for additional computers to be covered under the same license. Additional computer support can be requested by the customer via contacting a Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited TSE through email, chat or phone.

Bundled Products/Services from Third Parties

Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited provides products and services from third parties as part of its Tech Support service. These third party products and services are covered by their respective publishers/owners. Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited does not guarantee the usability or merchantability of such services. Customer acknowledges that Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited is providing them as a potential benefit to the customer.

No Assurance of Problem Resolution

Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited TSE will take reasonable effort to resolve the customer's problem. However, the complexity of technology will inevitably result in Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited TSE being unable to resolve certain customer problems, but those instances will be few and far between. Customers acknowledge that they are aware of this limitation and by subscribing to the Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited Tech Support service have indicated acceptance of the No Assurance of Problem Resolution section of the Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited Terms and Conditions of Usage.

Notwithstanding such limitation, Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited does not guarantee problem resolution to any customer problem. Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited will only exercise reasonable effort to resolve said customer's technical problem.

Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited Refunds Policy

A Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited Yearly Plan subscriber can chose to unsubscribe from his plan within the first 30 days of subscribing. Silver Dollar Technologies Private Limited may offer a refund calculated at $14.99 for 30 days of the expired tenure of subscription and may refund the rest of the subscribed amount towards the unexpired tenure of subscription. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, a subscriber cannot unsubscribe after 30 days of purchasing the Annual Referral Plan.

The Monthly Plan subscriber shall be eligible to request the non-renewal of their subscription, 72 hours prior to the due date for the renewal of such subscription. Our refund policy is subject to change at any time, without notice.

The account will become inactive after the request for unsubscribing is received. Refund will be credited to the credit card account used at the time of subscribing.
